INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Our inventory changes frequently and many products are available in limited quantities.
Products may include overstock, customer returns, clearance merchandise, mixed lots, and limited-quantity inventory. Availability is not guaranteed until an order or transaction has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or product information before an order is finalized.
RETAIL ORDERS
Retail pricing applies to standard purchases unless a wholesale discount or other eligible pricing program is activated.
Some products may be available only in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Products eligible for wholesale pricing are identified as wholesale merchandise.
Eligible wholesale products may be mixed within the same order to meet the required minimum purchase amount.
Wholesale pricing begins when the required eligible wholesale merchandise total is reached.
Approved repeat buyers, resellers, dealers, and warehouse customers may qualify for additional wholesale pricing tiers.
Wholesale pricing applies only to eligible wholesale merchandise and does not automatically apply to regular retail products.
CLEARANCE INVENTORY
Clearance merchandise generally consists of remaining quantities, discontinued products, final units, or inventory that is no longer available in sufficient quantity for regular wholesale sales.
Clearance quantities are limited and are available while supplies last.
Clearance pricing and availability may change without notice.
MIXED LOTS & PALLETS
Mixed-lot and pallet merchandise may contain multiple product types, styles, conditions, or quantities.
Product details provided on the listing or sales agreement should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Mixed-lot and pallet orders are generally final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Submitting an order, quote request, or product request does not guarantee availability.
Orders may require confirmation before pickup, delivery, installation, or final payment.
We may contact customers to confirm inventory, product condition, delivery requirements, installation requirements, payment method, or other order details.
PRICING
Prices may vary based on retail, wholesale, clearance, or approved customer pricing levels.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order or transaction is completed.
Promotional, wholesale, clearance, and customer-specific pricing may have separate eligibility requirements.
