Returns & Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise sold through our website is FINAL SALE.

We sell overstock, liquidation, open-box, and customer-return merchandise at discounted prices. Because of the nature of this inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This policy applies to:

Brand New Sealed merchandise
New Open Box merchandise
Customer Returns
Single Items
Cases
Pallets

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Size, color, style, or fit
Packaging condition that was disclosed or reasonably shown in the listing
Cosmetic condition that was disclosed or shown
Customer transportation or storage issues
Failure to resell the merchandise
Finding the same or a similar product at a different price
Failure to review the product description, condition, quantity, or pickup location before purchase

Every product is identified by its listed condition:

Customer Return and Open-Box Merchandise

Customer Returns and New Open Box merchandise may have condition variations, packaging damage, cosmetic imperfections, missing packaging, missing accessories, signs of handling, or other differences as described in the product listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers should not assume that liquidation or customer-return merchandise has been individually tested.

These items remain Final Sale.

Cases and Pallets

All Case and Pallet purchases are Final Sale.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the listing information, estimated or stated quantities, merchandise condition, and any available photos or product information before purchase.

If a case or pallet is sold as mixed merchandise, the contents may vary as described in the listing.

Order Errors

Final Sale does not mean that we will ignore an order fulfillment error.

Please contact us promptly if:

You receive or are given the wrong item
The quantity provided does not match your order
We are unable to fulfill an item you paid for
The merchandise is materially different from the description provided in the listing

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

If we cancel an item because we are unable to fulfill it, the amount paid for the unfulfilled item will be refunded.

Pickup Orders

Please check your merchandise and quantity at pickup whenever reasonably possible.

Visible discrepancies should be reported before leaving the pickup location.

Failure to pick up an order does not automatically create a right to a refund. Unclaimed orders are subject to our Pickup Policy and Inventory & Order Policy.

Cancellations

Because inventory quantities can be limited and change quickly, orders should be considered final once placed.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If an order has already been prepared, reserved, or processed for pickup, it may not be cancelled.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some Brand New Sealed products may include a manufacturer warranty.

Any manufacturer warranty, when available, is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, we do not make any additional warranty promises beyond rights that may apply under law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights, warranty rights, or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
